Billing questions

Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade instantly from your account settings. Upgrades are prorated immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle so you get full value from your current plan.

What happens when I hit the 10-post limit on Starter?

You'll get a notification when you're approaching your limit. Once reached, you can continue drafting posts but won't be able to publish until the next month or until you upgrade to Creator.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first paid charge if you're not satisfied. After that, we don't offer prorated refunds but you can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period.

Is there a discount for non-profits or students?

Yes — we offer a 50% discount for verified students and registered non-profit organizations. Contact our support team with proof and we'll set it up within 24 hours.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and Apple Pay. For Agency annual plans, we also accept bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
